Talent Acquisition Partner needed for Orabase Solutions, LLC. located in McKinney, TX. Will source, evaluate, and screen IT professionals using an on-shore and off-shore model in McKinney, TX. Will engage in recruitment to find qualified candidates. Will conduct technical interviews and make recommendations about whether to hire. Will participate in setting compensation levels. Will perform data analysis and reporting using Excel. Will manage a requisition load of 25 or more functional and technical roles. Will engage in project and process management to streamline the recruitment process. Will use Cognos and PowerQuery.

• Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or human resources
  • Five years of overall progressive experience in recruiting
  • Five years of experience in the skill sets listed

Telecommuting permitted. Educational equivalency may be met by a combination of degrees. Minimum salary of $87,526.00
