About the role
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the Greater Baltimore area to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering with leaders to improve hiring practices, and shaping the future of talent acquisition at Mitchell Companies.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across our organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define successful hiring strategies before recruiting begins.
- Build talent pipelines through creative sourcing and community partnerships.
- Coach leaders on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and programs that create consistency and better hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Help shape the future of talent acquisition at Mitchell Companies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience recruiting for distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location high-volume operations is a plus.
