Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end hiring strategy for corporate positions from initial alignment through accepted offer.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by helping define role outcomes, calibrate expectations, and make confident, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Lead structured, performance-based hiring processes that improve quality of hire while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Build proactive talent communities using sourcing, networking, CRM campaigns, referrals, and ongoing market engagement – reducing dependence on job boards.
  • Develop diverse, high-quality candidate slates through thoughtful sourcing and relationship building with both active and passive candidates.
  • Keep searches moving with urgency while balancing speed, hiring quality, and candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation within ICIMS, ensuring clean reporting and a reliable system of record.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners to bring market and compensation insight to the table, helping leaders understand market trends for their openings.
  • Flex to support physical therapy hiring when needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including corporate roles (finance, IT, HR, marketing, or similar).
  • Experience recruiting in a healthcare organization - multi-site or family of brands is a plus.
  • Demonstrated sourcing success. You know how to find people when posting isn’t enough, using a multi-pronged approach through a variety of sourcing tools.
  • Experience leveraging an ATS to your advantage (iCIMS and Phenom are a plus).
  • Familiarity with performance-based hiring is a plus.
