Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Nex, you'll ensure a thoughtful, fast, and human-friendly hiring process. You'll own interview scheduling, collect feedback, manage job postings, track metrics, prepare reports, and support new hires. This role involves broader TA initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and post-interview debriefs across US and Hong Kong offices and time zones
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback
• Manage job postings end-to-end
• Track key recruitment metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
• Support new hires through onboarding
• Contribute to recruitment planning and broader TA initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting recruitment coordination or Talent Acquisition functions
• Experience supporting high-volume interview coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and agile
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work hybrid (min. 2 days/week) in San Jose, CA

Qualifications

• Experience with Greenhouse and other ATS systems

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $35.00 – $45.00 / hour (Non-Exempt)

Schedule

Type: 12-month Full-Time contract with the possibility of conversion to FTE**
