Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist, you will serve as the face of the Company with candidates and new associates. You will support the new associate onboarding process by scheduling drug tests, background checks, coordinating completion of new hire paperwork, and monitoring the processes to completion. This position also provides information and answers questions from candidates, associates, and management to facilitate the onboarding processes and completion of required employment documents. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team in support of attracting top talent to our company and gain exposure to HR functions in support of our enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new associates during the onboarding process.
• Schedule drug tests and background checks for new hires.
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of new hire paperwork.
• Provide information and answer questions from candidates, associates, and management regarding onboarding processes.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting top talent.
• Gain exposure to broader HR functions within the enterprise.

Requirements

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High-volume recruiting support experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background check process experience.
