About the role
The role is responsible for leading design and construction projects in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including design, construction, and quality control.
- Prepare and present project proposals and budgets to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Knowledge of construction management software.
