About the role

The role is responsible for leading design and construction projects in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including design, construction, and quality control.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and budgets to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Knowledge of construction management software.
