This newly created position will strategize and implement recruitment policies, standards and initiatives for this entrepreneurial retailer. In addition to big picture thinking, the successful candidate will also not be afraid to get their hands dirty working with their team to recruiting for everything from a dishwasher to a senior executive. Prior experience in store openings, fast changing environments and growing companies is required, as is the ability to laugh at themselves.
