Responsibilities
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Coordinate virtual I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification appointments while ensuring compliance.
- Review I-9 documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Initiate and monitor background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers, and practice leaders to ensure onboarding milestones are completed on time.
- Monitor Paylocity onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires as needed.
- Coordinate system access, onboarding documentation, and first-day readiness.
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, and onboarding platforms.
- Prepare onboarding reports and support compliance initiatives.
- Assist with process improvements and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Employee Onboarding.
- Experience with I-9 verification and onboarding compliance preferred.
- Experience with Paylocity, Checkr, or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
