Talent Acquisition Associate (on-site)

About the role

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews
• Researching and evaluating candidate qualifications
• Preparing job offers and coordinating onboarding processes
• Collaborating with HR and department managers to ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay

The base salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
