Talent Acquisition Specialist Schedule: Standard Duration: 6 Month Contract Pay Range: $29.50-$34.50/hr Location: Draper, UT Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within the organization. This role is based out of the Draper, UT manufacturing facility and collaborates closely to support operations at the Irvine, CA global headquarters, with a primary focus on high-volume early career and university recruiting programs. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Talent Acquisition department, with an emphasis on early career and university relations programs. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of Engineering intern requisitions across Irvine and DraperOwnership of Co-Op program recruitment and managementCampus interview scheduling and coordination with technical interviewersRelationship management with five U.S. target schoolsPlanning and execution of Fall recruitment events, including career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, and diversity events, for Utah and Irvine target schoolsTraining coordination for campus ambassadors and interviewers ahead of the Fall 2026 cycleSHPE Conference support in October 2026Support for the new rotational development program in DraperOngoing University Relations operational support, including logistics, onboarding coordination, and materials management Essential Job Duties and Job Functions Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needsPerform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, and employee referralsScreen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skillsPrepare and maintain employment recordsContact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selectionInform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities within the organization Knowledge and Skills Experience in university recruiting or high-volume requisition managementStrong event planning and operational coordination skillsCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to partner effectively across stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skillsBasic ability to work independently and manage one's timeBasic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activitiesBasic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and trainingBasic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planningProficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent training required0-2 years of relevant experience required ...
