Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in pediatric neurodevelopmental care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pediatrics, Psychology, Special Education) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for improving the quality of life for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure/certification in relevant fields (e.g., Registered Nurse, Speech-Language Pathologist).
  • Knowledge of common neurodevelopmental disorders and their management.
  • Experience with technology-driven solutions in healthcare.
