About the role

As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly while the world sleeps. If you're a night owl who loves hospitality and has a knack for numbers, come join our energetic crew and make every stay seamless and satisfying.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night guest inquiries.
• Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest security.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service during overnight hours.
• Utilize technical skills in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems independently.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
