Tailor-Made Travel Specialist
About the role
A Tailor-Made Travel Specialist at Renata Travel DMC will work directly on itinerary coherence in support of incoming DMC work across Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica, and Italy. This includes tailor-made programs, excursions, transfers, groups, MICE, and coordination with local partners.
The role focuses on specialized execution within incoming DMC operations, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Tailor-Made Travel Specialist workflow by helping the team check timing and sequencing across trip elements.
- Track the workflow by researching missing destination or supplier details.
- Own the workflow by documenting pending items separately from confirmed plans.
- Coordinate updates to itineraries when bookings or traveler requirements change.
- Review and assemble confirmed components into usable itineraries.

Strong performance is demonstrated through fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious. Success is measured by the accuracy and coherence of tailor-made travel execution within incoming DMC operations.

Position details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
