Tactical Security Guard - Logistics

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer. Success in this role depends on your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly, with a keen sense of observation being a key strength. As a Tactical Security Officer, physical ability is essential as you will patrol environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, and similar sites throughout your shift. The position is based in Olive Branch, MS. Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification (asset)
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred)
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.68 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Schedule

Full‑time, 3rd shift, 10 pm – 6 am (Saturday – Wednesday)
