Tactical Security Guard - Flex Division

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Guard - Flex Division position. The role requires at least five years of security experience and is open to candidates aged 21 and above.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on activity at assigned locations.
• Work indoors and outdoors in variable environments.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Detain and search individuals as necessary.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Conduct on-site checks and respond to alarms.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings.
• Documentation of HS Diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least five years of security experience.
• Willingness to commute to various sites in Silicon Valley.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
