Tactical F02 Security Patrol Officer

Site Location: Bronx, NY

About the role

As a Tactical Security Officer, you’ll rely on your keen sense of observation to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential—you’ll be moving and patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers throughout your entire shift.

• Weekends required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $26.90 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• New York Security License required
• FDNY F-02 License required
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Qualifications

• First aid certification is an asset
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
