Tactical Armed Hospital Security

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and physical ability are essential, as you will be moving and patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.

Schedule

• Set schedule: Wed 11pm–5am, Thu–Sat 5pm–5am (42 hours per week)
• Alternative shift: Sun–Tue 5am–5pm, Wed 5am–11pm (42 hours per week)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $28.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred
• State license if required
• Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Armed Guard card required
