Taco Bell Shift Manager
Supervisor: Assistant General Manager (AGM), General Manager (GM), Area Coach (AC). Non-Exempt position.
About the role
Shift Managers take accountability for restaurant operations while on duty. These individuals motivate team members to deliver 5-star customer service to both customers and colleagues, tackle challenges, and address problems as they arise.

Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed; verify assigned duties are completed timely and team members maintain a professional appearance.
- Play an active role in training and developing individuals interested in leadership roles, including providing constructive feedback.
- Serve as the Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure consistent adherence to company policies and standards.
- Assist upper leadership with achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
- Keep upper leadership informed about any issues that arise at the restaurant.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience, with proven leadership experience across all shifts.
- Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
- Basic math and reading proficiency.
- Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform motions involving walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive motions.
