Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dedicated crew members to deliver outstanding service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the highest food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, schedule shifts, and coordinate with other managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Pay
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.50 per hour - $19.00 per hour.

Shifts may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
