Tableau Developer

About the Role

Design, develop, test, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support agency operations and decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate data from multiple enterprise systems, databases, and data warehouses.
• Develop workflow metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and performance monitoring dashboards to enhance process visibility and operational efficiency.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data quality, and user experience, ensuring accuracy and reliability of business intelligence outputs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and data visualization.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation, and provide knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance activities, and other business intelligence initiatives as required.
