Tableau Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, administering and supporting Tableau Server, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Administer, configure, monitor, and support Tableau Server in an enterprise environment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop effective BI solutions.
• Create and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain data models and support data warehousing initiatives.
• Ensure dashboard performance, data accuracy, and adherence to Tableau best practices.
• Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on Tableau tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Intelligence development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
• 1+ year of Tableau Server administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and the Tableau BI Product Suite.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, dashboard development, and report design.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
