Tableau Dashboard Developer

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business reporting needs.
• Create engagement and adoption dashboards to analyze application usage, device interactions, feature utilization, and performance metrics.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Build dashboards with KPI tracking, baseline comparisons, and segmented analytics.
• Collaborate with BI teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, performance, usability, and data consistency.
• Support enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of Tableau reports.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience developing dashboards using Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics concepts.
• Proficiency in creating calculated fields, filters, parameters, and interactive dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured data sources.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with Business Intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Experience developing adoption, engagement, and operational dashboards.
• Knowledge of data modeling and dashboard performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
