Table Support - Eataly Downtown

About the role

As a Table Support Team Member at Eataly, you will create a high-quality dining experience in our restaurants through timely and accurate delivery of meals, as well as the organization and cleaning of tables. You will report to the Service Leads and Assistant General Managers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in your assigned area; pour beverages as requested; serve bread and olive oil
• Run food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring each course is complete and accurate
• Run beverages from the bar to guest tables and ensure water glasses remain filled
• Remove used dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave
• Maintain cleanliness of all tables and chairs in your assigned service area and reset vacated tables
• Assist servers when needed and understand food descriptions and ingredients of menu items
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting

Pay

This position pays a base rate of $17.00 per hour plus tips, minus a $5.65 tip credit.
