About the role
As a server assistant at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, you will be responsible for:- Bringing customers to their seats
- Serving food and refilling drinks
- Restocking food items in the kitchen and servers' stations
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Resetting tables with tableware and napkins
- Fielding customer inquiries and menu questions
- Notifying servers when they are needed
