About the role

Responsible for Company assets, rules, policies, and procedures related to gaming and casino credit activity. Ensures all shifts consistently adhere to established rules. Reviews budgets and supervises gaming schedules to accommodate guests. Analyzes gaming percentages, comps, and casino marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to gaming and casino credit rules, policies, and procedures.
• Review and manage budgets for gaming operations.
• Supervise gaming schedules to ensure guest accommodation.
• Analyze gaming percentages, comps, and casino marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of casino games experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience, with at least 3 years as a Pit Manager or above.
• Experience in handling and issuing credit.
• Strong knowledge of all casino table games.
• Ability to work any shift and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
