About the role
The Table Games Floor Lead supervises all aspects of table game operations within an assigned pit area. Key responsibilities include leading opening and closing procedures, maintaining game security, overseeing dealer activities, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the opening and closing procedures of a pit area.
- Maintain the security of the table games by inspecting decks and monitoring all action.
- Oversee all activity in the pit and report any irregular play to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards.
- Maintain the accuracy of the table games inventory for opening and closing games.
- Maintain knowledge of dealer procedures and ensure they are being followed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of table games dealing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a license by the appropriate gaming authority.
