Table Games Dual Rate
Responsibilities
- Deal cards accurately and courteously during poker games
- Supervise and guide the work of other dealers
- Provide input on staffing, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the poker room
- Inspect decks and monitor table security
- Report irregular play or concerns to Poker Management
- Aid guests with gameplay and ensure rule compliance
- Enforce safety policies and report hazards to management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience dealing cards in a casino poker environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and management
- Must successfully complete training at CNE Gaming Academy
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority
- Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs and working in environments with smoke and loud noise
