Table Games Dealer Trainee - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Learn and master applicable games offered in Dealer School, including craps, blackjack, roulette, pai-gow, and baccarat.
• Meet Table Games Dealer School attendance requirements.
• Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager to address scheduling concerns, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and ethical environment in Dealer School.
• Pick up debris from common hotel areas.
• Support, promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and report any issues to management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding departmental and company matters.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Zero to six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service position preferred but not required.
• Ability to display adequate Table Games dealing skills during an audition and successfully complete Dealer School.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• The ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically.
• The ability to obtain a Gaming Permit and complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification.

Qualifications

Must be able to successfully complete a Table Games audition demonstrating adequate dealing skills and complete Dealer School before transferring to a Table Games Dealer position.
