Table Games Dealer (PT)

Essential Job Functions

• Provide excellent internal/external guest service;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Deal games according to standard rules, company procedures and applicable gaming regulations;
• Responsible for control of game(s);
• Able to protect assets of company;
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to guests;
• Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards;
• Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips;
• Pick up losing bets and cards from guest’s betting square, pay winning bets, and place chips in appropriate betting square;
• Complete any required forms, records, or documents;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• High School/GED;
• Dealer school or on-the-job training for assigned games
• Six (6) months of prior experience preferred.

Preferred

• Bilingual

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations;
• Casino environment which may include exposure to noise and second-hand smoke;
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes continuous at a time);
• Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table;
• Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards;
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds regularly throughout shift;

$9.50 - $15.00 +Tips
