Table Games Dealer (part-time)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival at the table.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere to provide guests with a delightful gaming experience.
• Handle transactions for buy-ins, payoffs, and markers.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing the assigned game.
• Take losing bets and pay winning bets following rules and procedures.
• Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Verify fills and credits to the game.
• Notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in play and/or transactions in the game.
• Provide excellent guest service, interact with guests, and answer questions.
• Notify Floor Supervisor of any guest needs, including cocktails and host services.
• Ask for identification for anybody who looks under 30 years of age at the game.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration.
• At least one year of gaming experience; strip experience preferred.
• Experience dealing Blackjack is required.
• Experience dealing multiple games, including Craps, Carnival Games, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette, and Baccarat.
• An audition is required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are a must.
