Duties And Responsibilities

• Protects and controls specific game assigned.
• Counsels the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any irregularities during player transactions.
• Notifies the Floor Person or Pit Manager of any player disputes or arguments.
• Informs the Floor Supervisor or other more senior Table Games personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their actions.
• Utilizes ACT standards at all times while maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere.
• Notifies a Floor Person of any guest needs such as cocktails, host service, etc.
• Keeps abreast of, and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.
• Responsible to learn new games when provided appropriate training.
• Maintains current knowledge of gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Meets the department standards for game pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven dealer experience, or having successfully passed an audition on the assigned game(s) required.
• Basic knowledge of all casino and departmental policies & procedures required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
