Table Games Dealer - Full Time/ Part Time (Harrah's Hoosier Park)

Key Job Functions

• Greet each guest with a bright, genuine smile and enthusiastic verbal greeting
• Control pace of the game and inform the Table Games Supervisor/ Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play
• Generate fun and excitement at all times
• Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established procedures
• Responsible for game protection and game control
• Know and abide by Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations, approved internal controls and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent math skills and have the ability to multi-task
• Must enjoy entertaining and communicating with the public
• Conduct assigned game(s) according to established procedures
