Table Games Assistant Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations in the Table Games department
• Support, administer, and manage operational goals
• Maintain guest satisfaction by coordinating with the Shift Manager
• Assist in the budget process and report budget concerns to the manager
• Support customer service standards and address issues
• Manage chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment
• Verify table inventories and manage table limits
• Process paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication
• Inspect cards and dice for security during assigned shift
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
• Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters

Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.) in related field or 4+ years of experience in a comparable Table Games Operations supervisory position
• Knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Table Games operating systems
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and effective communication skills
• Flexible to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
• Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
