Responsibilities

  • Oversee full Talent Acquisition lifecycle within assigned service areas
  • Guide recruiting, screening, selection, and onboarding of diverse talent
  • Collaborate to ensure consistency in TA strategy and operations
  • Lead optimization of people and processes for operational excellence
  • Manage vendor relationships to align with national TA strategy
  • Measure and report on financial targets and key performance indicators
  • Foster a culture of continuous growth and accountability within the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or customer support
  • Two (2) years of experience managing a team
  • Experience in operational excellence and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in relevant states
