Responsibilities
- Oversee full Talent Acquisition lifecycle within assigned service areas
- Guide recruiting, screening, selection, and onboarding of diverse talent
- Collaborate to ensure consistency in TA strategy and operations
- Lead optimization of people and processes for operational excellence
- Manage vendor relationships to align with national TA strategy
- Measure and report on financial targets and key performance indicators
- Foster a culture of continuous growth and accountability within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or customer support
- Two (2) years of experience managing a team
- Experience in operational excellence and performance optimization
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in relevant states
