T3FC - Youth Soccer Coach (11v11)

About the Role

We're seeking committed coaches to lead our 11v11 teams. You'll own your team's training, match preparation, and player development, and contribute to the wider T3FC coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your assigned team(s), while assisting other age groups as needed
• Design and run training sessions – one to three sessions per week per team, depending on team level
• Support player development and motivation with positive, constructive feedback delivered in an appropriate way
• Carry out all duties in line with club policies and applicable laws, especially regarding the safeguarding of youth players
• Recruit, select, guide, develop, and evaluate youth players
• Attend, assist, and support other teams and club events as requested by the Program Director

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with competitive 11v11 teams; high school, college, or adult playing experience a plus
• Strong grasp of tactics, team shape, and game management in the full-sided game
• Must pass a background check and complete SafeSport and concussion awareness training before working with players
• Clear, professional communicator with players and parents
• Must have reliable transportation to training sites, matches, and tournaments
• Must be able to work weekends, plus weekday evening training and occasional tournament travel
