About the Role

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a contractor to deliver a complete, maintained digital wayfinding solution for its Cincinnati campus. This project is a business set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC).

Responsibilities

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, hardware, software, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver a web-based interactive mapping platform.
• Deliver a SaaS-hosted and maintained interactive digital wayfinding solution incorporating approved campus, floor plan, destination, entrance, parking, and route information.
• Supply "You Are Here" wall maps in digital-file format only.
• Provide up to ten (10) hours of Government-authorized content changes per contract year.
