Pay

AVERAGE all-in pay range with bonuses and SPIFFs: $16 to $20 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure. $400 payout for new hires.

• Act as the face of the company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Serve as the first line of contact for customers every day
• Provide a positive attitude for customers, drive sales, and match income to the work put in

Required Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
