About the role

As a Mobile Associate / Retail Assistant Manager, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet all sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain a positive attitude and engage customers daily
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on 5G wireless products

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Pay

Average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $16 to $20 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure includes a $400 payout for eligible new hires (Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions, excluding promotions).
