Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative tasks at the store.
  • Ensure promotions and pricing are updated daily for sales teams.
  • Maintain store facilities for compliance audits.
  • Support the Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ages 18 and older.
  • Background check required as part of the hiring process.
  • Able to stand for long periods in a retail environment.
  • Able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You must also be goal-oriented and ready to take on the responsibilities of a Store Manager.

Skills

Strong organizational and administrative skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate and lead a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay

$20 to $24 per hour

Schedule

Rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
