Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative tasks at the store.
- Ensure promotions and pricing are updated daily for sales teams.
- Maintain store facilities for compliance audits.
- Support the Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ages 18 and older.
- Background check required as part of the hiring process.
- Able to stand for long periods in a retail environment.
- Able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You must also be goal-oriented and ready to take on the responsibilities of a Store Manager.

$20 to $24 per hour
Schedule
Rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
