Earning Potential

• Hourly rate: $19.77 – $24.90
• $700 ramp-up bonus

• Create sales opportunities proactively by engaging customers and identifying their wireless needs
• Sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions that deliver real value
• Consistently exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive, goal-driven environment
• Sharpen sales skills daily through coaching, accountability, and repetition
• Represent the brand with energy and professionalism while maintaining a store environment that reflects excellence

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
• 18 years or older
