Earning Potential

Earning potential ranges from $28.72 to $37.68 per hour, including:

• $700 Ramp-Up Bonus
• Guaranteed minimum 10% Commission

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and identify their wireless needs to create sales opportunities
• Confidently sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions
• Consistently exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive environment
• Sharpen sales skills through coaching, accountability, and repetition
• Represent the brand with energy and professionalism while maintaining an excellent store environment

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
• 18 years or older
