Responsibilities

  • Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them.
  • Ensure every customer need is met and build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving problems.
  • Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
  • Effectively manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
  • Lead by example, staying current on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to support the team.
  • Assist in maintaining the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
  • Use visual displays and interactive devices effectively, keeping them current, and assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures.
  • Maintain team knowledge of store systems, corporate, and store communications, and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators.
  • Manage discounting and credits, identifying ways to manage and control store expenses.

Requirements

  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lead and mentor people to achieve great results.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with teammates and customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
