Responsibilities
- Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them.
- Ensure every customer need is met and build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving problems.
- Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
- Effectively manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
- Lead by example, staying current on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to support the team.
- Assist in maintaining the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards.
- Use visual displays and interactive devices effectively, keeping them current, and assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures.
- Maintain team knowledge of store systems, corporate, and store communications, and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators.
- Manage discounting and credits, identifying ways to manage and control store expenses.
Requirements
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lead and mentor people to achieve great results.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with teammates and customers.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED.
