Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in customers’ hearts and ensuring Mobile Associate success.
• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure every customer need is met, building confidence through a comfortable, simple, and problem-solving experience.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ customer interactions, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to serve as an expert resource.
• Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
• Assist in maintaining store environment quality and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards, using visual displays and interactive devices effectively.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators, manage store expenses, and control discounting and credits.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communication skills to interact with teammates and customers.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
