T-Mobile - Assistant Store Manager (Wireless Sales Experience Required) - Hurricane Creek

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal and store sales while developing a high-performing, motivated team.
• Cultivate a positive environment that supports MobileOne's values.
• Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
• Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
• Stay updated on rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and train sales representatives on new products, offerings, and sales techniques.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines.
• Assist with recruiting to help ensure the store is fully staffed.
• Maintain the store’s appearance to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people, with the ability to lead and coach teams to deliver great results.
• Customer service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Wireless sales experience required.

Pay

$11.00 - $21.00 per hour (includes hourly wage and potential store bonus).
