Systems Training Specialist II
About the role
The Systems Training Specialist II at TRIMEDX is responsible for delivering training on proprietary business systems and processes to associates at the corporate office and in the field. This role involves facilitating instructor-led classroom and web-based learning, developing curriculum, and maintaining training materials.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training on TRIMEDX proprietary software and data
- Develop curriculum and training materials
- Maintain training environments and submit defect tickets
- Support new customer implementations and provide ongoing training
- Assist with training measurement processes and test writing
- Work with internal stakeholders and departments to establish relationships
- Lead or participate in key initiative projects
- Facilitate training sessions for new associates and CORE training
- Provide on-site support for new customer field system training
- Write quality test items and instructor-led webinars
- Support the development of training for company-wide projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering software/application training
- Experience with Instructional Design and development methodology
- Ability to work with autonomy and prioritize work
- Experience with Camtasia, GoAnimate, Articulate360, or similar software
- Experience writing instructor-led webinars and test items
- Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation
- Some experience with SAFe Agile software development methodology
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
- Ability to present to small and large groups in-person and virtually
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Experience with web-based conferencing tools
- Travel up to 60% of the time required for new customer implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education/Training, Healthcare Administration, or related field
