About the role

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document solutions, and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Document solutions and procedures for troubleshooting
  • Perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment
  • Train users on new technologies and software
  • Assist with data recovery and backup processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common software applications

Qualifications

  • Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and customer service

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
