About the role
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document solutions, and ensure system stability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document solutions and procedures for troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment
- Train users on new technologies and software
- Assist with data recovery and backup processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT support or similar field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common software applications
Qualifications
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols

Skills
