Systems Integrator

This position is within the Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos for the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract. The role supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) by providing operations, sustainment, maintenance, repair, and defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN). Additional responsibilities include driving innovation to transform DISA’s operational mission and supporting DISA’s mission partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish environments for the ServiceNow team to execute their work.
• Prepare and create containers to allow microservices to work cohesively in a cloud-native application.
• Assist in the development of continuous integration and continuous delivery of software.
• Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
• Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow application and modules.
• Architect and design tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Resolve identified vulnerabilities associated with STIGs and scans.
• Assist with the design and creation of business process flows.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.
• Design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.
• Support business process re-engineering activities to streamline capabilities into ServiceNow.
• Identify trends and patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data to improve customer experience and network performance.
• Interact with customers to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and resolve issues or conflicts.
• Ensure infrastructure is properly set up with the right nodes, storage, and security parameters to host ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Typically requires a BS degree and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification within 14 days of start date.
• Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certification.
• Experience in architecture, design, development, and delivery of data-driven operations capabilities within a DoD environment, including building and deploying software applications that meet DoD security standards and updating applications to comply with security scans and implementation guidelines (e.g., STIGs).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with standing up, configuring, and/or maintaining environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, and Confluence.
• Ability to work with a highly technical team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commute to Scott AFB, IL, Ft. Meade, MD, Ogden, UT, or San Antonio, TX for primary on-site support as required.

Pay

Pay Range: $69,550.00 – $125,725.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
