Systems Integration/Test Engineer

About the role

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Systems Integration/Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position supports a critical mission for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), focusing on delivering cutting-edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in GEOINT workflows
• Proficiency in system-of-systems testing
• Proficiency with test automation tools (JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete)
• Collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams to define, document, analyze, execute, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, and modifications; identifies functional issues and recommends resolutions
• Establishes internal quality control standards and maintains reliability programs
• Documents and analyzes test cases, providing feedback and recommendations for product or design improvements
• Ensures testing procedures comply with all applicable industry standards
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of overall testing and quality programs to drive better outcomes
• Analyzes system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures; prepares for and conducts data collection and analysis; and reports status and results
• Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, including Test & Evaluation Strategies, Test & Evaluation Master Plans, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
• Partners with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
• Delivers specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system function, level, maturity, and performance area
• Executes test plans and procedures and validates the results of automated tests
• Serves as an official witness for demonstrations and test events, providing feedback to the Government

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly

Qualifications

• Experience with GEOINT workflows
• Experience with system-of-systems testing
• Experience with test automation tools (JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete)
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams
• Ability to establish internal quality control standards and maintain reliability programs
• Experience documenting and analyzing test cases
• Knowledge of industry standards and ability to ensure compliance
• Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of testing and quality programs
• Experience analyzing system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions
• Experience developing evaluation and test plans and procedures
• Experience supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation
• Experience partnering with other test organizations
• Experience delivering specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system function, level, maturity, and performance area
• Experience executing test plans and procedures and validating the results of automated tests
• Experience serving as an official witness for demonstrations and test events
