About the role

Systems Integrator Skill Level Expert/Subject Matter Expert position located in Chantilly, VA. This is a fully on-site role with no remote option. Active Poly clearance is required; applications without a Poly will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Demonstrates experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows
• Demonstrates experience leading agile development teams
• Demonstrates experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user
• Demonstrates experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications
• Demonstrates experience presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows
• Demonstrates experience decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams
• Demonstrates experience working client requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows

Desired Skills

• Demonstrates experience tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user, whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger, multi-user venues; online and in-person
• Demonstrates experience working in a high-performing team environment
• Demonstrates experience working closely together to collaborate on, deploy to production, and maintain applications for the client
