The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have location info maybe part of About the role? The "About the role" could include description of role, location, mission. The posting includes location and description of Siemens mission etc. Could put location in About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "As a Fire Inspector, you will:" plus maybe mentoring etc. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications? Usually Requirements = basic qualifications. Qualifications = preferred qualifications? Or we could separate: Requirements = basic qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications. Skills maybe from abilities like ability to differentiate wire colors, use hand tools, laptop proficiency, etc. Could put under Skills. Benefits: we have a line about health and wellness benefits with link. That's specific enough to include Benefits section. Pay: we have pay range. So include Pay. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly except "Work overtime when needed". That's not a schedule detail. No explicit schedule like full-time, shift etc. So we should not create Schedule section because no real specific content. Avoid filler. We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range, so Pay section is okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO, equity inclusion? Actually the "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion" is EEO boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "About Siemens" maybe considered company description; but is that boilerplate? It's about the company, not the role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion" is EEO boilerplate; remove. The "About Siemens" is company overview; not explicitly prohibited but could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO, but it's generic company description. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It does not say to remove company overview. However earlier they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including About Siemens might be thin but it's substantive? It's generic but could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include as part of About the role. But we already have About the role section; we could incorporate Siemens description there. However they said "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put role description, location, mission under About the role. The Siemens overview could be considered company info, not role. Might be okay to include under About the role as context. But to be safe, we could include a short paragraph about Siemens under About the role. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:
